The Brief

Zero100 Forum encompasses keynote sessions from multiple organisations on the potential & limitations of AI in supply chain management, understanding the importance of prioritising and simplifying AI strategy and rethinking operations to integrate new technology.

Our brief was to create an environment inspired by this year’s theme, ‘The Art Of Possible.’ This theme was to be consistent across the venue and built out within the main auditorium, breakout stages, 1-2-1 sessions, and huddles. We were responsible for the live show management across all these areas.

What we did

We took inspiration from Leonardo Da Vinci’s early inventions, looking at the materials he would have used during the renaissance, but integrating digital technology to bring his designs into this century. Our stage was constructed with wood and unbleached canvas, just like the famous Da Vinci flying machine.

Our design encompassed natural & sustainable materials across the venue, creating a seamless design language throughout the event. We provided live show management across the spaces with content management, lighting & audio design, and stage management.
