JYSK: Awards Night
The Brief
JYSK – Denmark’s largest international retailer – needed a one-stop shop to create an annual event to reward and celebrate their 400+ staff across the UK & Ireland.
The whole experience should be effortless for guests with all travel and accommodation logistics managed, meeting spaces provided for senior leadership, and an award show that entertains and engages the entire JYSK family.
What we did
For the last three years, we have created unforgettable experiences in Manchester, Liverpool and Dublin. That starts with the logistics: identifying, negotiating, and booking travel and accommodation for 400 guests.
On-site, senior management is provided with meeting rooms and breakout spaces ahead of the main event. Every ceremony starts with a welcome from JYSK leaders before the awards are presented as guests enjoy a delicious three-course meal with special nods to the brand and their host city.
Post-awards, it’s all about the party with a mixture of comedy, live music and DJ sets to ensure everyone has an amazing time. Branded photo activations, videographers, and pop-up entertainers are there to guarantee those epic moments are captured and the night can live long in the memory for all guests.
