The Brief
Zero100 Forum is an annual conference at the One Hotel, Miami bringing together global operations and supply chain leaders to explore the future of supply chain management. Across both editions, the events focused on keynote sessions, stream stages, and 1-2-1 meetings that tackled the potential and limitations of AI, strategies to simplify and prioritise tech adoption, and ways to rethink operations for a more resilient future.
Zero100 tasked us with creating immersive, consistent, and dynamic environments inspired by each year’s unique theme and delivering a full-service production experience across multiple spaces including main stage, breakouts, and evening networking activations.
What we did
In 2024 we designed a cohesive experience at The One Hotel in Miami, using natural, sustainable materials and thoughtful visual language across all spaces. Our team managed all live show elements including lighting, audio, content, and stage direction.
For this years 2025 Forum we enhanced the experience with curated merch, vibrant styling, and managed the offsite gala dinner at Miami Botanical Gardens featuring custom installations, live music, and festoon lighting. Sustainability remained a core focus, with recycled materials, minimal plastic use, and carbon tracking through TRACE.
