HP x Audible

The Brief

To celebrate the launch of Harry Potter (Full-Cast Editions), Audible collaborated with Outernet and The Manual to create an immersive visual and audio-led experience that reintroduced audiences to the newly reimagined series.

The initiative focused on driving immediate listening of Book 1, reinforcing Audible’s exclusive ownership of the complete collection, and positioning the series as an essential listening event. The experience also supported audience growth by encouraging new listeners to begin free trials and continue their journey with the platform.

What we did

We brought the magic of Harry Potter to life through a visually striking and sonically rich installation that fully immersed visitors in the reimagined series. The centrepiece featured a series of dynamic orbs, their movement and shifting colours perfectly harmonised with the on-screen visuals, creating a captivating interplay of light and story.

We built four bespoke listening pods; each equipped with headphones and Fire Tablets for guests to experience the adventures of Book 1 while interacting with the kinetic orbs and surrounding content.

To extend the immersive experience and deepen engagement, a lounge area provided a more relaxed environment where guests could explore the full collection, guided by knowledgeable Brand Ambassadors. Throughout the space, strategically placed QR codes encouraged visitors to interact further, prompting immediate listening and connecting them to Audible’s exclusive series.

Every element of the installation was designed to reinforce Audible’s ownership of the full-cast editions, position the series as a must-listen event, and support audience growth by driving free trial sign-ups and ongoing engagement with the platform.
