Comfort: The Comfort Zone ’25

The Brief
Comfort tasked The Manual with launching its new consumer-facing platform, Next Level Fresh, at Latitude Festival in Suffolk. In partnership with Mindshare, The Manual set out to bring the platform to life through a multi-sensory activation designed to energise and uplift festival-goers. The goal was to create an experience that left people feeling refreshed, vibrant, and reconnected.




What we did
At Latitude Festival 2025, we launched The Comfort Zone—a four-day, multi-sensory experience that immersed festival-goers in Comfort’s Next Level Fresh world.
Guests engaged with interactive moments including the scent-inspired Mood Boost Bar, an immersive Phonebooth experience, and the calming Fresh Meadows spa space, which showcased Comfort’s hero products. Sample sachets provided sensory delight and exclusive t-shirts provided memorable brand takeaways.
