Comfort: Next Level Freshness

The Brief

The brief was to produce an engaging four-phase experiential campaign launching Comfort’s new ‘Next Level Freshness’ fragrances across various spaces at the Outernet. The activation needed to be designed to take participants on a sensorial journey to unlock feelings and reawaken senses.

The campaign included a digital flower show in a vibrant floral wonderland, an exclusive Press/PR Private Drinks reception, interactive photo moment activations and a four-day activation with engaging photo moments.

What we did

We partnered with Mindshare UK to conceptualise and design Comfort’s 360° summer experience. The campaign kicked off with a PR/Press party that drew numerous influencers to celebrate the launch of Comfort’s new Scent Boost elixir. To enhance the event, we created Instagram-worthy installations such as a disco phone box, a flower-adorned bed, and blossom-covered swing bus stop, which were featured throughout the campaign. Even the cocktails were inspired by the new fragrances.

Throughout the campaign our team meticulously managed the installation process, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure flawless execution. The result was a captivating, multi-sensorial experience that elevated Comfort’s brand proposition.
