Zero 100 Live EU & US 2025
The Brief
For the third year in a row, Zero100 tasked The Manual with designing its flagship event, Zero100 Live, in San Diego & London. Focused on building “Zero Percent Carbon, 100% Digital” supply chains, Zero100 brings global operations leaders together for high-impact knowledge sharing. The Manual were tasked to create a cohesive, on-brand environment across the main stage, breakout spaces and 1:1 areas, delivering an experience that reflected the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
What we did
The Manual led the full creative, production and project management process for Zero100 Live, taking the event from initial concept through to onsite execution. We developed a complete event aesthetic, designing the main stage, 4 breakout stages and all shared spaces to deliver a cohesive, event environment aligned with Zero100’s brand.
Our team managed all content delivery and show operations across the event, including speaker support, scheduling coordination and full rehearsal management. We handled every aspect of stage management and technical execution from lighting design and screen content to transitions, cues and overall flow ensuring each session ran smoothly.
Beyond the stages, we produced integrated branding throughout the venue, unifying signage, wayfinding, digital displays and environmental elements. Every touchpoint was designed, built and executed by The Manual to bring the event to life with precision and consistency.
